We use PostHog to understand general usage patterns — things like how
often people open the app, which pages are visited, and which features
are used. We don't track the content of your events, habits, or any
personal information through analytics. This data helps us figure out
what's working and what needs to be fixed. We don't sell this data or
share it with advertisers. If you want your analytics data deleted,

5. Your Rights

Google & Google Calendar
Introduction
At Priority, we care deeply about your privacy. This policy explains how
we access, use, store, and protect your information when you connect
your Google Calendar account to our platform.
1. Information We Access
When you authorize the Google Calendar integration, we access the
following:

Calendar Event Information: Event titles, descriptions, start and end
times, locations, and calendar IDs.

Attendee Details: Names and email addresses of invited attendees (if
applicable).

Your Email Address: To link your Google Calendar to your Priority
account.
2. How We Use This Information
- To display your existing events within the Priority interface.

To help you schedule new events based on your availability and
preferences.
- To suggest smart time blocks for your unscheduled tasks.

To maintain accuracy with attendee information and event updates.
3. Data Retention
Your calendar data is securely stored while your Google Calendar
integration remains active.
If you disconnect your Google Calendar from Priority, all related
calendar data, including event and attendee information, will be deleted
from our servers within 24 hours.
4. How to Disconnect Access
You can revoke Priority's access to your Google Calendar at any time by:

Going to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar within the Priority
app and selecting "Disconnect."

Visiting your Google Account's permissions page at
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
and removing Priority's access manually.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption, secure storage, and access control
to protect your information. Calendar data is never sold or shared with
third-party advertisers.
6. Compliance
Priority's use of Google Calendar APIs complies with:

The Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use
requirements.

Standard OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols to ensure secure access to
your account.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will
adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use
